Thank you so much for being patient and understanding while I transition

I’m constantly being asked, in emails and interviews, if various characters in my Fever Series are inspired by real life people. This Christmas, I’m delighted to introduce you to my inspiration for Jericho Barrons—the character you love, love to hate, or hate to love. No writer could ask for more than the impassioned responses JZB gets. When I tell a story, my goal is to make you forget the real world for a while, and feel. I strive to capture the full spectrum: love, fear, passion, hope, danger, anger, desire, trial and triumph. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy hearing that you adore Barrons, or can’t stand him, that you lust after V’lane, or think he should be stabbed on sight, that you feel Mac’s a kick-ass heroine and love her evolution, or wish she’d been put out of her pretty pink misery in her late teens. You feel, you’re engaged, you’re talking, arguing and dissecting, and that’s just what I love to do myself when I read a good book.

I recently had the pleasure of talking with the actor I’ve long envisioned as JZB, from the moment I saw him on Witchblade. Dark, sexy, dangerous, complex, Eric Etebari played Ian Nottingham to perfection, served him up on a platter of enigma wrapped around sexual combustion, tied with a bow of playfulness matched only by his ruthlessness.

Fun (and funny!) multi-talented (gorgeous!) and athletic, actor, musician, producer and director Etebari gave me an in-depth look at his career, his thoughts on Witchblade and a few more… intimate subjects.

So without further ado, Meet Eric Etebari!
